Standard

Easy to handle and suitable for the entire power range of unalloyed, low- and high-alloy materials: the dip transfer and spray arcs included in the Standard Package.

Pulse

For less spattering and a variable working range – from light to heavy gage sheets: the pulsed arc included in the Pulse Package.

LSC – Low Spatter Control

The MIG/MAG welding process with high arc stability and reduced spattering in the dip transfer arc. In addition, despite the possible stick-out change, the penetration stabilizer enables constant penetration in the spray arc.

Challenge:

Component accessibility, material and design require that components be welded with both MIG/MAG and TIG. The space requirement for two different welding systems and the constant change between the two turned out to be an inefficient approach for Ferrum.at. A powerful and reliable all in one solution was therefore needed for the future.
